i’ve bought three containers already, i love this as an alternative to energy drinks. hopefully you guys can expand and put out more, whether it’s still guayusa or something else. the only thing i could critique is the scooper being small but that’s insignificant.
This 4 review is the average between a 3 and a 5, really. Compared to powdered caffeine delivery systems like G-fuel or Dad.or.all or whatever probably poisonous ill-advised substances I've consumed to combat sleep deprivation, this stands above. It's mild, doesn't kick too hard, just keeps you going and is enjoyable to drink. It tastes like a solid powdered tea drink that you'd get at the gas station like lipton, but subtler across the board. Compared to actual steeped tea? Well, this tastes like a solid powdered tea drink, which is not really very close.
I bought both flavors in the double deal, and I go back and forth on which I like more. I think the mango has kind of a weird smell that doesn't show up in the flavor, but regardless it's probably my preference at the moment. Neither is aggressively flavored enough to create strong feelings one way or another. OK by me.
I sat on this review a while to see how my relationship to this stuff changed, but the real question is would I buy it again. The answer to that is: I think so. Good to have in the back pocket (or drawer of my office). I would take it over the other powdered caffeine stuff I've tried pretty much any day, just because it's a lot less in your face. Between this and, say, some yerba mate? I'm probably taking the mate. Most of the time.
